This is a Sources Sought Notice for market research to identify capable firms for Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment Life Cycle Support services; it is not a solicitation. The Period of Performance includes a base year from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2027, plus four one-year options. Services require 30 FTEs performing at SSP Headquarters in Washington, D.C., and at field activities in Kings Bay, GA, and Silverdale, WA. Respondents must demonstrate recent, relevant experience performing similar work with an annual incurred cost of at least $5.8 million. The notice strongly encourages responses from capable small businesses and requires detailed white paper capability statements.
