This is a market research Sources Sought Notice, not a solicitation, to identify potential sources for Navy facilities, environmental, and explosives safety engineering support for specific missile programs. The period of performance includes a base year from October 2026 through September 2027, plus four one-year options. Services will require 20 full-time equivalent personnel to provide on-site support at or near the Washington Navy Yard. Interested vendors must demonstrate recent and relevant experience, defined as performing similar work within the last five years with an annual incurred cost of at least $10 million, and possess a SECRET facility clearance. Small businesses are encouraged to respond, with a note that any future contract set aside for small business would be subject to the Limitations on Subcontracting clause.
