THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES OR PROPOSALS. Strategic Systems Programs intends to award a sole-source purchase order to Davies Office, Inc. pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b). These services will be procured for SSP, through a Firm Fixed Price contract, in accordance with the attached CLIN Structure. The acquisition of this service is particular to one manufacturer/company because only one source is reasonably available under a Sole Source Justification. The Government intends to procure this requirement through a total small business set-aside vendor who supplied current inventory – Davies Office, Inc.
