The Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to JRC Integrated Systems, Inc. (JRC) (1201 M Street, SE, SuiteG40, Washington, DC, 20003) to provide contractor support for the following: NWS Research, Development, and Project Management; NWS Program Technical Support; SP33 Security Program and Technical Management Support; NWS Program Technical Support; PMO Support; SP24 SWS Support; SP24 Launch Area Support Ship (LASS) Support; SP00R Navy Nuclear Deterrence Mission (NNDM) Support; and SPHQ SWS/NWS Program Analyst Support. This action will result in a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Level of Effort type contract. The Period of Performance is 60 months (if all Options are exercised). Performance is required at contractor's facility. An award notice will be publicized. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, all responses received within fifteen (15) days of the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of the notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
