This procurement provides for the support services for SP31 Nuclear Weapon Surety, policy, planning, and analytical support; engineering support services for SP30 NWS and SP301; and SP20124 safety engineering support. Pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), the Government intends to conduct negotiations with Systems Planning Analysis, Inc. (SPA) of Alexandria, VA 22311. Primary work locations are Washington, DC and Alexandria, VA . Performance will extend through 31 March 2025. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All responses must be received within fifteen days from the date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
