Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) intends to issue a new Order under the Basic Ordering Agreement N00030-18-G-0013 with General Dynamics Electric Boat Corporation, 75 Eastern Point Road, Groton , CT 06340-4989, This order seeks Cost plus fixed Fee (CPFF) type line items for the engineering services supporting the SWS Ashore integrated test facility. This includes Architectural and Engineering (A&E) support services, test development/conduct support, repair and refurbishment of mechanical, electrical, data and communication systems, valves, cables, components, foundations, and cranes. The contractor shall engineer and resolve safety and security deficiencies pertinent to the OHIO Bay superstructure, as well as, interior/exterior preventative/corrective maintenance and repairing ground water leakage. This effort is inextricably linked to work already being performed by GDEB under Contract N00030-18-G-0013, which was awarded using other than full and open competition. The Government does not intend to use Part 12 for the acquisition.
