This is a sources sought notice for market research to identify firms capable of executing the Shape Stable Nose Tip (SSNT) Manufacturing Capacity Expansion for Navy SSP strategic programs. The effort requires procuring, installing, integrating, and qualifying specialized equipment for 3D carbon-carbon composite production, including long-lead items, IQ/OQ/PQ processes, and security engineering. Performance would occur at the contractor's facility with approximately five full-time equivalent personnel providing on-site support.
