Title: Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) Systems Engineering and Program Management, FY24-FY25 Description: This procurement provides for the program management, engineering development, systems integration, in support of missile production related to the Army LRHW AUR+C deliveries. Pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a) (1), the Government intends to conduct negotiations with Lockheed Martin Space (LMS), (Cage Code: 04236). Primary work location is Littleton CO. The period of performance for associated technical engineering services will be approximately from contract award through February 2025. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The proposed contract action is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All responses must be received within fifteen days from the date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
