The Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) and negotiate a contract on a sole-source basis with Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation-Marine Systems (NGSC-MS), Sunnyvale, CA for Engineering, Field Operations, Program Management and Production Activities in support of the Underwater Launcher Subsystem. The FY21 Deployed Systems Support (DSS) contract will be a base with four additional option years and has a mixture of Level of Effort and completion tasks. An Award Notice will be publicized, when applicable, along with the supporting Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition (J&A), in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.301, 5.303, and 6.305 under separate notice.
