The Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) and negotiate a new procurement modification for the Increment 15 Integrated Video Architecture effort under existing contract N00030-19-C-0003 issued on a sole-source basis to General Dynamics Mission Systems (GDMS), Pittsfield, MA. This procurement will address engineering services in support of Increment 15 Integrated Video Architecture (IVA). Support includes the following: 1. Provide inputs to the Increment 15 Fire Control System (FCS) System / Subsystem Preliminary Design Review (SYS/SS-PDR) Review for the IVA. 2. Provide inputs to the Increment 15 Software Requirements Review (SW-RR) for the IVA. 3. Provide inputs to the Increment 15 Documentation Requirements Review (DOC-RR), Documentation Preliminary Design Review (DOC-PDR), and Documentation Critical Design Review (DOC-CDR) for the IVA. 4. Provide inputs to the Increment 15 Software Preliminary / Critical Design Review (SW-PDR/CDR) for the IVA Provide inputs to the Increment 15 Hardware Critical Design Review (HW-CDR) for the IVA. This effort is inextricably linked to work already being performed by GDMS under Contract N00030-19-C-0003, which was awarded with an effective date of 01 October 2018 using other than full and open competition.
