N00025-26-R-5246: Navy Electronic Chart Display and Information System (ECDIS) Hardware and Software Production

PAE Mission Systems is conducting a full and open competition for development, production, integration, testing, fielding, and lifecycle sustainment of U.S. Navy ECDIS hardware and software for surface and subsurface platforms under PMW/A 520 Navigation Program requirements. The resulting contract will continue ECDIS production and sustainment, covering hardware production, sustainment, integration, assembly, and testing, plus software maintenance, modification, upgrades, integration, testing, and delivery as level-of-effort tasks under Government oversight. Software technical support will come from the Navy ECDIS Systems Engineering and Integration Agent at NSWC Philadelphia, PA. Award is anticipated in Q4 FY27 under a contract with one base year and four one-year options beginning in FY27, made to the Best Value offeror under FAR 15.101-1. Deliveries are anticipated FOB Destination.
