PAE Mission System Contracts intends to award a sole-source contract to Lockheed Martin for FY27–29 Long Endurance Electronic Decoy (LEED) decoy launch systems, countermeasures, engineering support, spares, and associated travel and other direct costs. The contract is directed to Lockheed Martin at 1701 W. Marshall Dr., Grand Prairie, TX 75051. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under 10 U.S.C. § 4022(f), and this action is not a request for competitive proposals. Parties interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact Lockheed Martin directly. Responsible sources may still submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation for consideration, but the Government has discretion on whether to compete the requirement and will not reimburse respondents for information provided.
