NAVSEA is seeking a highly capable contractor to execute the USS DONALD COOK (DDG 75) FY27 Docking Selected Restricted Availability (DSRA), covering labor, supervision, facilities, equipment, production, testing, and quality assurance for the CNO Availability. The work requires substantial facilities including dry dock, pier, and human resources to complete, coordinate, and integrate multiple areas of maintenance, repair, and modernization for an Arleigh Burke-class Aegis guided missile destroyer. The availability is being competed coastwide on the East and Gulf coasts without limiting performance to the ship’s homeport, and is expected to be awarded as one firm-fixed-price contract. The solicitation is issued electronically via PIEE, and interested offerors should monitor PIEE/SAM.gov for amendments. To obtain J attachments, offerors must request access from the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer by email with their SAM Unique Entity Identifier, and must request J-2 work item plans/drawings from the SERMC Technical Librarian while copying the PCO and CS.
