Shipboard Air Conditioning Plant System Sustainment Plan (SSP)

Notice ID:N0002427R4452

PAE Maritime is conducting market research to identify responsible sources capable of providing some or all sustainment capabilities for U.S. Navy surface-ship centrifugal, reciprocating, and rotary air conditioning plants worldwide. The contemplated scope includes major and minor AC plant pit stops, embedded AC&R technical support at Navy SIMAs, configuration-specific materiel support, global warehouse and rotable pool management, engineering/logistics/integrated product support, and global emergent field services. Major and Minor Pit Stops must be completed within mandatory maintenance windows of six weeks or less, with support required at Navy locations worldwide. The Government is considering approaches such as a single-award IDIQ, multiple contracts, or coordinated capabilities from multiple sources, but no final acquisition strategy has been selected. Interested respondents may address any one or more capability areas, complete the Capability Certification Matrix, provide concise supporting evidence and teaming/licensing details, and keep responses to ten pages excluding Table 1 and supporting documentation.
