The U.S. Navy is seeking potential sources to serve as the prime integrator for new and existing sonar Technical Insertions (TI), including engineering design, development, manufacturing, testing, and support for multiple submarine classes. Performance of services will involve facilities capable of system development, testing, integration, and production, with a required facility security clearance at the Secret level and ability to obtain Top Secret.
