The Navy is procuring multiple single-award IDIQ contracts for sustainment of DDG-51 class ships homeported in Norfolk, VA, covering Fleet Maintenance Availabilities and Incremental Selected Restricted Availabilities (ISRAs). Awards will use Fixed Price with Award Fees contracts across two lots: a full-and-open Facilitized Lot (up to three contracts) for Fleet Maintenance Availabilities and CNO-scheduled ISRAs, and a Small Business Set-Aside Non-Facilitized Lot (up to three contracts) for Fleet Maintenance Availabilities only. Work includes inter-availability preparation and administration support, inspections and assessments, engineering and design support, specification and government-furnished information reviews, and material procurement and logistics support. Unless otherwise specified in delivery orders, Fleet Maintenance Availabilities will be performed at the Government facility, ISRAs under the Facilitized Lot will be performed in-plant at a Contractor-provided facility, and Non-Facilitized delivery orders will be performed at the Government facility. Each contract will include three one-year ordering periods, and the required supply is the repaired, mission-ready vessel returned to the Fleet; solicitation documents are issued electronically via PIEE/SAM, with attachments available by written request including the company’s SAM UEI.
