The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to procure a depot modernization period for the USS GRIDLEY (DDG 101), with the work to be performed on a coast-wide basis for the West Coast. The project is a firm-fixed price supply contract to return a repaired, mission-ready ship to the Fleet. The performance period is approximately 20 months, starting in March 2027 and completing in November 2028. The scope includes all labor, supervision, production, testing, and quality assurance for the maintenance, repair, and modernization availability. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or around May 5, 2026.
