This contract provides comprehensive engineering, planning, management, labor, materials, and facilities to support the Fitting Out Availability and Post Shakedown Availability for LPD 30 and LPD 31, including any emergent work. The work involves completing ship outfitting, correcting deficiencies, and performing system installations and upgrades identified during post-delivery testing and trials. All services must be performed in accordance with the applicable fiscal year's NAVSEA Standard Items. The performance of all services will occur at the contractor's facility.
