The Naval Sea Systems Command is soliciting proposals for the production, engineering support, and spares of the Remote Minehunting (RMH) Module to detect, classify, and localize mines. The Government anticipates making a single award in or around August 2026. Offerors must be active DoD contractors and must submit a signed Terms of Use Agreement and DD Form 254 to specified email contacts to access the controlled solicitation documents. Proposals must be submitted as individual files, not .zip archives, through the PIEE system. The solicitation includes classified attachments and the Government will not sponsor new or upgraded security clearances.
