The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to utilize other than full-and-open competition to award a delivery order under a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) (N00024-23-G-5320) to McNally Industries, LLC (McNally) located in Grantsburg, WI. This order will be issued for the procurement of MK 6 Ammunition Hoist Assemblies. This order will be awarded pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. McNally is the only known source possessing the requisite knowledge and ability to satisfy the Government’s MK 6 requirements within the required schedule. Parties interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact the prime contractor (McNally) directly. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to fulfill the requirement. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to solicit from more than one source is solely within the discretion of the Government.
