The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) issues solicitation N00024-25-R-4422 for the execution of the FY25 USS HARPERS FERRY (LSD 49) SRA. This availability includes a combination of maintenance, modernization, and repair, and will require a highly capable contractor with substantial facilities, to include capable pier (for the applicable ship class) as well as human resources capable of completing, coordinating, and integrating multiple areas of ship maintenance, repair and modernization. This availability is solicited on a coast-wide basis on the West Coast under a single solicitation, and a single contract to complete this availability is expected to be awarded to one contractor. This solicitation is issued electronically via PIEE and interested offerors should monitor the PIEE/SAM.gov page for any applicable solicitation amendments, thereafter. This posting does not include all relevant J-attachments. The Naval Sea Systems Command is conducting market research to determine industry capability and interest in performing any of the Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) FY25 Selected Restricted Availability (SRA). The Naval Sea Systems Command is especially focused on determining small business capability and interest. The Government is seeking responses from sources that can perform pier-side maintenance, repair, and alterations onboard USS HARPERS FERRY (LSD 49). USS HARPERS FERRY (LSD 49) SRA: 07/28/2025 – 12/12/2026 The anticipated RFP release date for this CNO Availability is on or around 09/16/2024 (Planned availability and the RFP dates are subject to change). The Government has provided an outline of some of the work anticipated to be completed under the expected USS HARPERS FERRY (LSD 49) FY25 SRA as enclosure to this sources sought document (see Enclosure (1)).
