This is a major maintenance, modernization, and repair availability for the USS FORREST SHERMAN (DDG 98). The work is solicited on a coast-wide basis for the East and Gulf Coasts, requiring a contractor with substantial facilities, including a capable pier, and significant human resources. The Government anticipates making a single award on or around October 2025. The performance period is from February 2026 through August 2027. The procurement is not set aside for small business, as market research indicates a lack of two or more capable small business concerns.
