BROAD AGENCY ANNOUNCEMENT - BIOMEDICAL RESEARCH AND DIVING EQUIPMENT DEVELOPMENT

This Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) from the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) solicits proposals for applied biomedical research and diving equipment development focused on diver health, safety, and performance, as well as submariner survivability. The BAA will remain open for a two-year period from its publication date. Typical projects are expected to last two years or less, and historically, awarded contracts have averaged around $300,000 or less in cost annually.
