The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to utilize other than full and open competition to place a modification under existing Delivery Order (DO) N00024-23-F-5312 to General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems Inc. located in Williston, Vermont. The awarded modification will satisfy the requirement of field service support for the MK 200 Director Control program using Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Cost type. The order will be awarded pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(a)(1), only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems is the only qualified source that possesses the in-depth technical expertise, knowledge, resources, and understanding of the MK 200 system necessary to satisfy the Government’s requirements within the scope of the order and the required schedule.
