Update The reason for this updated posting on 2/16/2024 is to post answers to questions. Original The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) is issuing solicitation N00024-24-R-6100 on behalf of the Program Executive Office (PEO) Undersea Warfare Systems (UWS), Towed Systems Program Office (PMS 4011) for Towed Body 34A (TB-34A) Array Systems. Interested offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://sam.gov/ to start doing business with the federal government. Information regarding this requirement was previously synopsized on 6 Oct 2023 on SAM.gov. The Government intends to award a single contract without discussions, as permitted by FAR 52.215-1, but reserves the right to conduct discussions if determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary.
