The purpose of this special notice is to provide the requisite notification of the agencies May 28, 2024 Senior Procurement Executive's (SPE's) determination that this consolidation of contract requirement under this consolidated acquisition titled " VIRIGINIA Class Submarine Ship Service Turbine Generator" is necessary and justified (per FAR 7.107-2). The determination will be posted with the solicitation in accordance with FAR 7.107-5(c). THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT ACCEPT NOR RESPOND TO ANY PHONE CALLS REGARDING THIS NOTIFICATION.
