The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to utilize other than full-and-open competition to award a delivery order under a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) (N00024-24-G-5317) to L3 Technologies, Inc (L3) located in Northampton, MA. This Order will be issued to procure FY25 Spare parts in support of the MK46 OSS & MK20 EOSS program. This BOA order will be awarded pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. L3 is the only known source possessing the requisite knowledge and ability to satisfy the Government’s MK46/MK20 requirement within the required schedule. Parties interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact the prime contractor (L3) directly. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, responsible sources may submit a capability statement no later than the closing time of this notice. Any submissions will not be reimbursed by the Government – the entire cost of any submission will be at the sole expense of the source submitting the information. A determination by the Government not to solicit from more than one source is solely within the discretion of the Government.
