The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), on the behalf of In-Service Carriers (PMS 312), intends to issue a Competitive 8(a) Set-Aside Request for Proposal (RFP) for In-Service Carriers Refueling and Complex Overhaul (RCOH) Fire Watch Support for the USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74) and, if Options are exercised, USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75) RCOH availabilities. This presolicitation notice is related to the previously posted notice N00024-23-R-2101 The Government does not commit to providing a response to any comment or questions. Any subsequent revision to this or future notices based on comments received remains solely at the Government’s discretion.
