AMENDMENT 0002: AUTONOMY BASELINE MANAGER Amendment 0002 - Attached please find Amendment 0002 with the following updated Attachments: Responses to Bidder's Questions 10-27 Exhibit A CDRL DD Form 1423 J-3 Key Personnel Attributes Rev 1 L-3 Cost Summary Workbook Rev 1 AMENDMENT 0001: AUTONOMY BASELINE MANAGER Amendment 0001 - Attached please find Amendment 0001 with the following updated Attachments: Responses to Bidder's Questions 1-9 L-1 Bidder Question Submittal Form Rev 1 L-2 Staffing Matrix Rev 1 The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) issues solicitation N00024-23-R-6301 for the Autonomy Baseline Manager (ABM), a role that performs systems engineering oversight and management of autonomous systems development and the associated central software repository for unmanned autonomy artifacts (except data), processes, and procedures. The ABM will lead the development and maintenance of applicable processes, procedures, and related documentation necessary to establish, maintain, and grow the capabilities and utilization of the Unmanned Vehicles (UxV) autonomy baselines. This solicitation is issued electronically via PIEE (https://piee.eb.mil/sol/xhtml/unauth/search/oppMgmtLink.xhtml?solNo=N0002423R6301) and interested parties must comply with that announcement. Interested offerors should monitor SAM.gov and PIEE for the release of applicable amendments. This posting includes restricted attachments. Potential offerors will need to request access to the Solicitation, Exhibit A, J-2, and J-4 via SAM or PIEE.
