The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to award an order under an upcoming Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to BAE Systems Land & Armaments (BAE) of Minneapolis, MN to fulfill FY23-24 requirements for components and spare parts for the Mk 110 Mod 0 Gun Mount. This order will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. BAE is the only source with the requisite knowledge and expertise of the Mk 110 Mod 0 Gun Mount to satisfy the Government's requirements for components and spare parts within the required schedule. This is not a request for proposals. However, interested parties may announce their interest and detail their capability to fulfill this requirement by responding directly to this notice to the Government points of contact below. Information received will be considered by the Government. A determination not to solicit from more than one source is solely within the discretion of the Government. Parties interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact BAE directly.
