The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to utilize other than full and open competition to place firm-fixed price and cost-plus-fixed-fee modifications under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-20-G-5106 and Order N00024-23-F-5312 to General Dynamics Ordinance & Tactical Systems, Inc. (GD-OTS) located in Williston, Vermont. These procurements are for multiple end-of-life Diminishing Manufacturing Sources (DMS) cases that will satisfy future production requirements for the MK 82 and MK 200. These modifications will be awarded pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. GD-OTS is the only qualified source that possesses the in-depth technical expertise, knowledge, resources, and understanding of the MK 82 and MK 200 systems necessary to satisfy the Government’s requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
