Vendors interested in attending the Virtual Industry Day should submit a request for the meeting invite along with the company’s questions pertaining to the updated Factor 2 BVTO language NLT 1200 Friday, January 22, 2021. All questions and meeting invite requests should be emailed to Jaclyn.evans@navy.mil, with a cc to susan.ferralli@navy.mil, and shall include the company name, participant title, and email address. Vendors should be aware that the Government will select questions to answer during the Virtual Industry Day so proprietary information should not be included. The Navy is currently working on scheduling a forum with Industry to discuss what updates were made to the Factor 2 BVTO language and to ensure that Industry has a complete understanding of the intent behind these changes. This live forum will offer Industry an opportunity to ask questions and provide any feedback on the updated Factor 2 BVTO language.
