Systems in support of this draf... The purpose of this announcement is to provide DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP) N00024-21-R-5231. This draft RFP is for Undersea Warfare Combat Systems Product Support. Systems in support of this draft RFP include, but are not limited to, AN/SQQ-89, AN/SQR-19, MK116, AN/SQQ-28, AN/SRQ-4, and AN/SQS-53C subsystems. This draft RFP shall not be construed as a solicitation, request for proposal, request for quotation, or as an obligation on the part of the Government. This announcement may or may not translate into an actual procurement in the future. There is no funding associated with this draft RFP announcement. The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any cost incurred by respondents. Any information submitted by respondents as a result of this announcement is strictly voluntary. No information contained in this draft RFP shall supersede any information contained in the final RFP if issued. The formal RFP (including amendments), when issued, is the only solicitation document that should be relied upon in determining the Government’s requirements. A draft RFP is an important tool to seek input from Industry on the Government’s requirement and to ensure greater understanding on both sides of the acquisition. Respondents may provide feedback to the Government by highlighting errors, omissions and ambiguities, and provide any other comments and suggestions. Respondents should provide feedback to the Government by submitting a mark-up of the draft RFP utilizing the track changes and comment features in Microsoft Word. Respondents may use another methodology to provide feedback so long as sufficient detail and rationale is provided. Respondents should also include company point of contact information of individuals that may be contacted for follow-up clarifications and market research purposes. Currently the Navy’s needs are being fulfilled through Contract Number N00024-16-C-5202 with Leidos (7MWC4). The attached Draft RFP is of similar scope, which includes services in current and future product support, integrated logistics support, and installation requirements for Undersea Warfare (USW) Combat Systems. The services include development and maintenance of logistics products, training, installation, and life-cycle sustainment for United States (US) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) platforms. These efforts support the USW mission on Ticonderoga class cruisers (CG-47), Arleigh Burke Destroyers (DDG-51), Littoral Combat Ships (LCS), Frigates (FFG(X)), Zumwalt Destroyers (DDG-1000), and FMS platforms.
