The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue a solicitation in August 2021 for the operation and maintenance of all vessels assigned to the NAVSEA Inactive Ship Maintenance Office (INACTSHIPMAINTO) Philadelphia, PA and active vessels assigned to the CG/LSD Modernization Detachment Norfolk, VA. The services include receipt, inspection, survey, maintenance and disposal of vessels as well as structural, mechanical, and electrical modifications to vessels. NAVSEA intends to award a single Cost Plus Fixed Fee Level of Effort contract from this solicitation. A sources sought notice was issued in the System for Award Management (SAM) website on 17 March 2021 under NAICS Code 336611 (Ship Building and Repairing) titled: “Operation and Maintenance of Philadelphia Inactive Vessels and CG/LSD Modernization Detachment Norfolk” N00024-21-R-4203."
