The Naval Sea System Command (NAVSEA) is hereby issuing an RFP on behalf of the Support Ships, Boats, and Craft Program Office (PMS 325), for the detail design and construction of up to eight (8) Yard Repair, Berthing and Messing (YRBM) berthing barges. One (1) craft will be awarded initially with options for seven (7) additional craft. This procurement is being solicited as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside pursuant to FAR 19.5.
