The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends utilize simplified acqusition procedures to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price contract to Trusted Systems, Inc. for the procurement of 32 GSA Class 5 IPS containers, and associated hardware. Deliveries are currently expected to complete 120 days after award of the contract. Disclaimer: The proposed contract action is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR subpart 13.106-1. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
