The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to utilize other than full and open competition to place an order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-17-G-5100 to Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (LM RMS) located in Moorestown, New Jersey. This BOA order includes the procurement of Diminishing Material Supplies (DMS) spares for SPY LNA, Multi Mission Capability Restoration (MMSP) and Australian Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirements. This BOA order will be awarded pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. LM RMS is the only responsible source that has the specific production engineering background, extensive integration and test facilities, prior AEGIS Weapon System MK 7 experience, and in-depth technical expertise to provide the requirements to be procured under this BOA.
