The Naval Sea System Command (NAVSEA) is issuing this RFI as a means for the program office PMS 385, Strategic and Theater Sealift, to conduct market research to identify potential offerors having an interest in and the resources to manufacture, produce, and qualify a marine medium speed diesel engine within the National Defense Technology and Industrial Base (NDTIB).
