The Naval Sea Systems Command awarded a modification to previouslyawarded Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-19-G-5107 to extend the ordering period for an additional eight months. This action was awarded pursuant to 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services willsatisfy agency requirements. Raytheon is the only existing source that has thespecific production engineering background, extensive integration and testfacilities, prior AEGIS MissileFire Control System MK 99 and AN/SPY-1 transmitter group experience, and in-depth technical expertise to produce the equipment and services within therequired schedule.
