The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to modify the current contract, N00024-19-C-6407, with General Dynamics Mission System (GDMS), 12450 Fair Lakes Cir, Fairfax, VA 22033-3810, on a sole source basis using other than full and open competition pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 to procure additional technical and engineering support efforts for Tactical Control System (TCS) software design, integration, testing and life cycle sustainment support for legacy baselines. GDMS is currently supporting the TCS under NAVSEA Contract N00024-19-C-6407. Therefore, it is the only firm with the requisite expertise, experience, and knowledge capable of satisfying the Governments requirements within the requisite schedule.
