The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to modify the current contract, N00024-18-C-6418, with Rite Solutions, Inc. (RS), 185 South Broad Street, Suite 303, Pawcatuck, CT 06379-1997, on a sole source basis using other than full and open competition pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 to procure additional technical and engineering support efforts for Inter Subsystem Monitoring Tool/ On-Board Team Trainer-Master Controller (ISMT/OBTT-MC) software design, integration, and testing support for TI-22. RS is currently supporting the ISMT/OBTT-MC under NAVSEA Contract N00024-18-C-6418. Therefore, it is the only firm with the requisite expertise, experience, and knowledge capable of satisfying the Governments requirements within the requisite schedule without duplication of costs.
