Under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-17-G-5387, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division- Picatinny Detachment (NSWC IHEODTD), Indian Head Maryland, intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price Order on a sole source basis to BAE Systems Land & Armaments L.P., Armaments System Division, Louisville, KY 40124-2683. The contractor shall provide all necessary material and services required to manufacture, convert, upgrade, inspect, preserve, package and ship ORDALT Kits and any related components. BAE Systems Land & Armaments L.P., ASD, is the only known company with the requisite technical qualifications and facilities to perform this work within the required time frame.
