The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to modify the current contract, N00024-17-C-6414, with Lockheed Martin Corporation (LM), 9500 Godwin Drive, Manassas, VA 20110-4166, on a sole source basis using other than full and open competition pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 to procure additional technical and engineering support efforts for Common Infrastructure Systems (CIS) software design, integration, and testing support for TI-22. LM is currently supporting the CIS under NAVSEA Contract N00024-17-C-6414. Therefore, it is the only firm with the requisite expertise, experience, and knowledge capable of satisfying the Governments requirements within the requisite schedule without duplication of costs.
