The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to award a sole-source delivery order to BAE Systems Land and Armaments L.P. for the procurement of 2J Spares Overhaul/Upgrade and New Manufacture in support of the MK45 Mod 4 Gun Mount. The justification is that BAE is deemed the only known source capable of meeting the requirements within the required schedule.
