This is a Request for Information (RFI) for market research on the Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC) program, covering production and repair requirements from Fiscal Year 2029 through 2034. The effort involves a hybrid build-to-print and build-to-specification approach for CEC systems, including antenna manufacturing, signal data processors, and ancillary engineering support for the U.S. Navy, USMC, and FMS customers. Most work is anticipated to be performed at the contractor’s site, and a minimum SECRET facility clearance will be required prior to award. Respondents must demonstrate the ability to support a Production Readiness Review within six months of contract award and maintain delivery schedules of two antennas per month, twenty SDPs per month, and four AN/USG XB systems per year.
