The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to issue an unrestricted solicitation for West Coast Fitting Out and Post Shakedown Availability execution for LPD 30 and 31. The work includes correcting deficiencies, incorporating engineering changes, and providing post-delivery engineering and logistics support, requiring the contractor to maintain a SECRET facility security clearance. The planned release of the Request for Proposal is in the second quarter of Fiscal Year 2026. The contract will be awarded based on best value to the Government.
