The U.S. Navy seeks potential sources for Basic Ordering Agreements to supply unique, carrier-specific coded stock and specialized materials, and to perform routine and emergent repairs for nuclear-powered aircraft carriers. The required services include emergent and battle damage repair, material procurement, routine maintenance, modernization, and engineering support. The estimated ordering period for any resulting BOAs is from January 2027 to January 2032. Respondents must demonstrate control of a relevant inventory system, a robust supply chain, and the ability to rapidly obtain unique parts that are unavailable through standard military or commercial channels. NAVSEA is conducting this market research to assess capability, with a particular interest in small business participation.
