The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to award a contract to Weibel Equipment Incorporated (Reston, VA) for the FY25-29 procurement of Mark (MK) 5 Velocimeter system, spares, retrofits, upgrades, repairs, overhauls and engineering support. This requirement is in support of the United States Navy (USN) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS). This contract will be awarded pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Weibel Equipment Incorporated is the only existing source possessing the requisite knowledge and expertise of the MK 5 Velocimeter to satisfy the Government’s procurement requirements within the required schedule.
