The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to issue Solicitation N00024-25-R-2414 to Damen Naval, De Willem Ruysstraat 99, 4381 NK, Vlissingen, The Netherlands for the procurement of the Technical Data Package (TDP) and Associated Rights for the Damen LST 100 landing ship design. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate the proposed contract on a sole source basis under the authority of 10 U.S.C. § 2304(c)(1) as implemented in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii), “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.” Parties interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact Damen Naval directly.
