The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to issue Solicitation N00024-25-R-2414 to Damen Naval, De Willem Ruysstraat 99, 4381 NK, Vlissingen, The Netherlands for the procurement of the Technical Data Package (TDP) and Associated Rights for the Damen LST 100 landing ship design. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate the proposed contract on a sole source basis under the authority of 10 U.S.C. § 2304(c)(1) as implemented in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii), “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.” Parties interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact Damen Naval directly. Disclaimer: This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. However, all proposals received within fifteen days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If a competitive solicitation is issued in the future, it will be announced via SAM, and interested parties must comply with that announcement. This pre-solicitation notice is for information only and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to solicit contractual offers or award contracts. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any questions submitted or information provided as a result of this notice.
