The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to utilize other than full and open competition to place a cost-plus-fixed-fee (CPFF) order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N0002420G5106 to General Dynamics Ordinance & Tactical Systems, Inc (GD-OTS) located in Williston, Vermont. This BOA order is intended to qualify alternative MK 200 Airflow Swtich as a result of Diminishing Manufacturing Sources (DMS). This BOA order will be awarded pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. GD-OTS is the only qualified source that possesses the in depth technical expertise, knowledge, resources, and understanding of the MK 82/200 and system necessary to satisfy the Government's requirements to be procured under this BOA order.
